Senior Creative Development and Production Manager, Product and Sales Training

Business and Development Lead for Stellantis dealer body Product and Sales training and communication programs

 

Accomplishments:

  • Led the insourcing of program development by recruiting, interviewing and hiring of 50+ team members.

  • Maximized insourcing of program development resulting in an annual savings of +$3M.

  • Oversaw a team responsible for the management of 300+ training properties annually

  • Worked with a CGI development partner to implement a CGI-based desktop photographic solution resulting in a savings of over 60% as compared to traditional photography

  • Commissioned the development of over 200 CGI-based vehicle animations explaining advanced technology features

  • Developed several Augmented Reality applications supporting vehicle launch tours to explain advanced features to Sales Consultants

  • Supervise a Creative Development Team consisting of Brand Training Managers, Project Managers, Graphic Designers, Asset Managers, A/V Producers, and Interactive Development Specialists.

Senior Manager, Product and Sales Training

BBDO Worldwide, Inc.

Client Lead and Agency Team Lead for Chrysler Group Product and Sales e-Learning program development.

 

Accomplishments:

  • Led agency team in the development of a web portal to be used by Chrysler Group Sales Consultants containing news, announcements, and current and archival product information.  This portal replaced legacy printed product information and training materials increasing accuracy, speed-to-market, and reducing client production costs by $500k annually.

  • Led agency team in the development of a data-driven, media-rich in-showroom interactive product presentation tool for use by Sales Consultants with customers.  Features industry-first functionality of matching a customer’s features of interest to a vehicle in dealer inventory.

  • Developed and deployed several award-winning e-learning programs to support new vehicle launches, educating 23,000+ Sales Consultants annually.

  • Developed and deployed an e-learning skills-based curriculum which received the highest-ever feedback scores from participants (cumulative average of 6.8 on a scale of 1-7).

  • Developed an e-Learning product and sales curriculum which allowed dealership personnel in outlying geographic areas to achieve certification without attending live classes.  Resulted in Chrysler surpassing their sales certification goal and increasing revenue by over $1M.

  • Worked with web-development vendors to standardize interactive modules resulting in faster courseware development and reducing development costs by over 30 percent.

  • Owned senior-level client relationships providing strategic direction in the development of e-learning curriculum and sales support tools.

  • Directly supervised a team of four Program Managers, building expertise through training and mentoring.  Assist in agency resource management to help ensure client objectives are met.

  • Managed e-learning development budget including revenue forecasting, annual global development budgets, individual program budgets, as well as financial tracking and reporting.

  • Managed and motivated personnel across several disciplines to ensure client timing, budget and training objectives are met.

  • Conducted front-end analyses to determine needs and objectives for both sales certification curriculum and individual e-learning courseware.

Account Manager for several Chrysler Group brand accounts and Manager of the Product Information Department.

 

Accomplishments:

  • Led the development and launch of several new-model-year brand web sites.

  • Led the development of a program for international web site development resulting in increased efficiency, reduced cost and improved global brand consistency for Chrysler Group.

  • Led the development of interactive programs to support several events including the auto show circuit and brand-specific events driving incremental traffic to Chrysler Group brand sites.

  • Led the implementation and ongoing support of the Dodge Motorsports web site.

  • Led the Implementation and maintenance of search engine functionality within the Chrysler Group web site network.

  • Led the integration of a third-party dealer web site solution to the Chrysler brand web sites.
